These terms apply to Keystone Design's website and customer-care communications, including SMS messages. By using this website or communicating with Keystone Design, you agree to these terms.

Website use

The information on this website is provided for general business and informational purposes. Website content does not create an architect-client relationship and should not be treated as project-specific design, code, permitting, zoning, structural, legal, or construction advice. Project decisions require review of the specific property, scope, applicable codes, AHJ requirements, consultants, and contracts.

Project inquiries

Submitting a form, email, text, voicemail, or other inquiry does not guarantee project acceptance, availability, timeline, pricing, permitting outcome, contractor availability, or construction feasibility. Keystone Design will review inquiries and follow up as appropriate.

SMS customer-care messages

Keystone Design may send SMS messages for customer-care purposes when you request or consent to receive text follow-up. Examples include callback coordination, appointment or meeting coordination, project inquiry follow-up, document or photo reminders, and responses to inbound text messages.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • SMS is not used for emergency communication.
  • Keystone Design does not send marketing blasts through this SMS program.

Opt-in and opt-out

Website visitors may opt in by texting START to +1 305-440-5539, where the customer-care SMS disclosure is published. During a phone call, Keystone staff first ask: “Would you like Keystone Design to send customer-care text messages to this number about your project or callback request? Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase services.” A caller must affirmatively agree before a follow-up text is sent. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT, and request assistance by replying HELP or INFO.

Privacy

SMS and contact information are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
