Project inquiries

Submitting a form, email, text, voicemail, or other inquiry does not guarantee project acceptance, availability, timeline, pricing, permitting outcome, contractor availability, or construction feasibility. Keystone Design will review inquiries and follow up as appropriate.

SMS customer-care messages

Keystone Design may send SMS messages for customer-care purposes when you request or consent to receive text follow-up. Examples include callback coordination, appointment or meeting coordination, project inquiry follow-up, document or photo reminders, and responses to inbound text messages.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
• Reply HELP for help.
• SMS is not used for emergency communication.
• Keystone Design does not send marketing blasts through this SMS program.

Opt-in and opt-out

You may opt in by initiating an SMS conversation with Keystone Design, requesting a text response, or verbally agreeing to receive a text follow-up during a phone call. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT. You may request assistance by replying HELP or INFO.

Privacy

SMS and contact information are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
